Making and Baking Instructions

Pupcake Kit instructions:

1 1/2 metric cups (375ml) tap water
1/2 metric cup (125ml) vegetable oil
1 free range egg
for best results use a muffin tray.

1: combine the packet of Mix & Bake – Easy – Peasy! pupcake mix with water, free range egg & oil in
a large bowl or the bowl of your mixing machine. Mix to form a batter
2: place the paper patty pans into the muffin tray if you have one. pour the batter – approx 50gm per pan.
the paper patty pans will be approx half full.
3: bake in a preheated 180°C oven for approx 20 minutes or until golden brown.
test by putting a skewer into a pupcake. If it comes out clean then the pupcakes are ready.
allow to cool on a wire rack.
1: melt the vanilla yoghurt in a microwave proof jug & heat on the for approx 6 minutes.
take out, stir & return to the microwave for approx 2 minutes on the
do the same for the strawberry yoghurt in a separate jug once the vanilla has melted.
2: spoon the vanilla & strawberry yoghurt over the top of the pupcakes
decorate straight away with sprinkles & jelly beans.
3: allow to cool.
4: store in an air tight container for up to one week or in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
