Chicken Parma Biscuits
YOU WILL NEED:
4/5 metric cup (200ml) tap water
1/5 metric cup (40ml) vegetable oil
extra flour for rolling, a rolling pin, baking tray & cutter
1: Mix the packet contents with the water and oil in a large bowl or the bowl of your mixing machine. Mix to form a fairly smooth firm dough, adding additional flour or water if necessary.
2: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and with a rolling pin roll out the dough to approx. 5mm thick. Cut into the shape with your MIX & BAKE – Easy-Peasy! ® biscuit cutter. Gather dough scraps, re-roll & cut biscuits again, repeating until you’ve used up all the dough.
3: Place the cut out biscuits on a lightly greased baking tray.
4: Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool. For a slightly harder biscuit turn the oven off and allow the biscuits to cool in the oven.
Makes approx. 40 medium sized biscuits
Store in an air tight container for up to 4 weeks (or freeze).
