Banana Muffins

 YOU WILL NEED:

1 free range egg

1 1/2 metric cups (375 ml) tap water

1/4 metric cup (60ml) vegetable oil

a muffin tin or 18 paper patty pans

1: Combine the packet contents with water, oil and egg in a large bowl or the bowl of your mixing machine.  Mix to form a  smooth pourable batter.

2: Divide the batter into 18 lightly greased muffin tins or pour into the paper patty pans

3: Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.  Test by putting a skewer into the centre of a muffin. If it comes out clean then they are  ready.  Allow to cool.

Makes approx. 18 muffins

Store in an air tight container for up to 1 week (or freeze).
